Job Title: Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts at Tech Tammina. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve corporate goals
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals
  • Review market analysis to determine customer needs and price schedules
  • Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programs
  • Direct channel development activity and coordinate sales distribution
  • Analyze sales statistics to formulate policy and assist dealers in promoting sales
  • Manage entire sales staff and oversee sales and business development units
Requirements:
  • BA Degree
  • 4+ years of proven sales leadership experience within a brokerage, telecom, or technical hardware sales environment
  • Growth mindset and proven experience motivating a team
