Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional food quality and consistency in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities
  • Prepare menu items according to our recipes and ensure consistency in food quality
  • Assure that all food procedures are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Coordinate food service with other departments as necessary, ensuring seamless operations
  • Prepare kitchen and food for shifts as needed, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency
  • Assist with inventory management, ensuring we have the right supplies to deliver exceptional service
  • Follow all sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and team members
  • Keep workstations and areas clean, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Become familiar with new menu items and dishes, staying up-to-date on our culinary offerings
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required
  • Experience with quantity food preparation preferred
  • Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
  • Must have a Food Service Sanitation Certificate
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for 6 to 9 hours at a time
  • Ability to speak and read English
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
