Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be tasked with the following:

  • Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion.
  • Supervise subcontractors and daily construction operations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to address any issues related to materials or construction methods.
  • Promote and maintain a safe working environment and culture on-site.

Candidate Profile

The ideal Project Manager should possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in GROUND UP CONSTRUCTION is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the construction sector as a Project Manager.
  • Strong mathematical skills and proficiency in computer applications are essential.

Compensation Package

The Project Manager's compensation package includes, but is not limited to:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from 80k to 115k.
