Position Responsibilities

Key Duties (Your Next Steps)

Compensation: $27.00 per hour plus monthly bonuses.

This role involves active participation in sales and customer engagement activities within the dealership. Responsibilities include various detailed tasks such as preparing titles, loan documentation, and processing payments. You will also take customers on test drives, showcasing vehicle features.

  • Engage in all forms of communication and documentation prior to customer visits and in-person interactions to provide solutions and facilitate purchases.
  • Collaborate with Managers and fellow Customer Experience Associates to delegate tasks and responsibilities, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting company objectives.
  • Execute all administrative tasks, including deal documentation, underwriting, cash handling, and inventory management, while adhering to company standards.
  • Implement company directives, initiatives, and expectations effectively.
  • Conduct phone calls, schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and educate potential customers about their options.
  • Work together with team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Open and close the dealership as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong and persuasive communication skills; must possess the ability to ask for the sale and address customer inquiries.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Knowledge of vehicle characteristics, features, and capabilities, providing customers with comprehensive information.
  • High attention to detail during the sales process.
  • Ability to absorb training, implement feedback, and adapt to process changes:
    • Phase 1: Customer Engagement and Experience
    • Phase 2: Inventory Management and Dealership Operations
    • Phase 3: Titles, Loans, and Vehicle Processes
  • Must maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Comfortable operating and parking vehicles on and off the lot.
  • Capable of working independently and taking ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications Needed

  • Associates or bachelor's degree preferred OR equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
  • Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record for the past three years.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
