We are seeking a highly skilled Practical Nursing Specialist to join our team at U.S. Army Recruiting - Albany Battalion. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our service members.
Key Responsibilities
- Emergency Nursing Care: Provide immediate care to patients in emergency situations, utilizing your knowledge and skills to stabilize and treat patients.
- Patient Care Support: Assist in the delivery of patient care, including administering medications, changing dressings, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.
- Wound Care: Change and dress wounds, ensuring proper wound care and prevention of infection.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 17 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Pass a background check
Training and Benefits
As a member of our team, you will receive comprehensive training, including 10 weeks of Basic Combat Training and 52 weeks of Advanced Individual Training. You will also be eligible for a competitive salary, housing and meal allowance, 30 days of paid vacation annually, 401(K) savings plan, full-coverage medical and dental insurance, education benefits, and more.
Locations
Part-time opportunities are available in the U.S. Army Reserve, with full-time positions available on Active Duty at U.S. Army Installations nationwide and worldwide.
