Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Die Maker to join our team at Tru-Cut Industries. As a Die Maker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality dies for our production line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Die Creation: Design and manufacture dies to meet production requirements, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Machinery Operation: Operate and maintain machinery and production equipment, performing minor repairs as needed.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet customer and quality specifications.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with the production team to meet daily production targets, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improved processes and collaborate with the management team to implement changes.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Die Maker ideal, but not required.
  • Skills: Ability to read and understand product specifications, SOPs, and quality guidelines; detail-oriented and consistent with a strong work ethic.
  • Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks; ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds at a time.
