Job Summary

Advance Employment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Die Maker to join our team. As a Die Maker, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality dies for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop dies for large outer panel stamping
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure die quality and performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve die-related issues
  • Perform internal static buyoff of work performed or on incoming overseas tooling
  • Maintain a professional relationship with coworkers, suppliers, and customers
Requirements
  • Certified Journeyman Die Maker or minimum 5 years of experience in the trade
  • Experience with large outer panel stamping dies for the automotive industry
  • Motivated individual with good judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read GD&T, drawings, specs, and work instructions
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with other departments
