Job Summary

Advance Employment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Die Maker to join our team. As a Die Maker, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality tools and dies for our clients in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and test dies and tools to meet customer specifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective production
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet customer standards
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
Requirements
  • Certified Journeyman Die Maker or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the trade
  • Experience with large outer panel stamping dies for the automotive industry
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
