The Product Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting the development of new products and customer design projects. This position involves collaboration with the Product Engineering Team and cross-functional teams to transition new products from concept to production.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical guidance during pre-sales discussions with clients.
  • Assist in crafting technical proposals and addressing detailed product inquiries.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients to enhance the adoption of company offerings.
  • Maintain regular communication with key decision-makers to understand their needs.
  • Build trust and credibility with customers through effective communication.
  • Demonstrate a high level of technical expertise combined with entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Oversee project execution and management to ensure timely delivery.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients to position the company as a preferred supplier.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive service and support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer expectations.
  • Act as a liaison for customers within the company to maximize value.
  • Manage quotes and orders for raw materials related to new products.
  • Prepare and submit competitive quotations to clients.
  • Participate in customer meetings, providing technical insights and recommendations.
  • Deliver technical drawings, presentations, and scopes of work as needed.
  • Ensure all internal deadlines and customer commitments are met.
  • Serve as a feedback channel for customer communications with the company.
  • Keep management updated on project progress and account status.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and media.
  • Some travel may be required for customer engagement and trade shows.
