Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavior Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, and providing training and supervision to our team members. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young individuals and families, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide training and supervision to team members to ensure exceptional clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote skill transfer and ongoing progress
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatment progress and data collection
- Embody the values of Achieving True Self, including compassion, empathy, and a commitment to excellence
- PA License as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, or behavior specialist
- BCaBA/BCBA Certification or equivalent experience and training
- Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience providing ABA services and 12 credits in ABA
- Valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and a good driving record
