Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair plumbing systems to ensure efficient and safe operation
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and other teams to ensure seamless operations
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance standards, including productivity and quality targets
- Valid driver's license with a clean DMV record
- Ability to work at a fast pace and complete tasks efficiently and safely
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background checks
