Requirements:

  • Non-resident licenses in 10+ states
  • 2025 AHIP certification (or ability to obtain before starting)
  • Experience with UHC, Aetna, Cigna, and/or Wellcare contracts (preferred)
  • Top-notch communication and sales skills
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Flexibility for peak season hours (7:00 AM to 10:00 PM in all time zones)

Compensation Package:

  • Base rate: $18.00-$20.00/hour (based on experience and certifications)
  • Lucrative per-policy and renewal commissions
  • $100.00 per member brought in through self-prospecting on personal clients, family and friends
  • Flexible models: 1099 or full commission for maximum earning potential
