We are a leading home solutions provider in the United States, committed to delivering exceptional service to our 1.6+ million customers.

As a US-based warranty provider, we safeguard essential systems like plumbing, heating and cooling, appliances, power surge protection, hot water heaters, and interior electrical components inside homes. We also protect vital lines outside homes, including water, gas, wells, sewers, electric, and septic systems.

We primarily go to market B2B2C, partnering with water/gas/electric utilities and municipalities to offer our product leveraging their brand for marketing and often adding our subscription fee to the water/gas/electric bill itself.

Senior Manager, Partner Marketing Job Description

This role is based in our Naperville, IL office and requires a regular in-office hybrid model (generally T-Th in office, M&F remote) as our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience.

The Senior Manager, Partner Marketing will develop comprehensive, multi-channel marketing plans for key accounts at Oncourse Home Solutions, determining the right tactics, cadence, messaging, and lead products for each partner market.

This includes optimizing proven marketing strategies, as well as proposing new channels/tactics to unlock partner growth.

This role will collaborate closely with Growth, Product/Pricing, and Account Management teams to drive cross-functional marketing efforts and requires a GM-mindset to take ownership of all aspects of partner-level marketing strategy across multiple channels (including but not limited to direct mail, digital, and social).
