POSITION OBJECTIVE:

The Retail Sales Consultant is instrumental in cultivating a customer-focused and product-oriented sales atmosphere, where our core values steer all store operations to deliver outstanding customer experiences and enhance profitability.FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Meet company sales objectives by utilizing effective sales strategies and sharing product insights with customers.
  • Stay updated on current promotions and maintain pricing and visual standards.
  • Adhere to merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and other tasks assigned by Management.
  • Participate in visual merchandising activities such as monthly store setups and zone maintenance.
Customer Experience
  • Exemplify and promote Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Facilitate a swift and efficient checkout process, remaining informed on payment policies, returns, security practices, and other operational procedures.
  • Influence purchasing decisions at the checkout, achieving add-on goals such as gift card sales.
  • Enroll customers in the rewards program and cultivate lasting relationships through personalized styling.
  • Maintain knowledge of current product offerings in-store and online.
  • Keep regular communication with clients using a customer book.
Operational Excellence
  • Assist in store replenishment efforts to ensure shelves are well-stocked.
  • Support order fulfillment.
  • Help implement visual directives, including floor sets, window displays, signage, and store organization.
  • Contribute to maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
Teamwork and Growth
  • Encourage a collaborative problem-solving approach.
  • Seek opportunities for personal development and welcome constructive feedback.
Other duties as assigned.

This role may be present in multiple brands with varying responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is advantageous.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to company-provided technology.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of effective communication with customers, associates, and Management.
  • Regular attendance is essential; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Continuous Walking/Standing - 8-hour shift.
  • Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs during 8-hour shift.
  • Frequent Climbing during 8-hour shift.
