Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Packaging Engineer to lead our Silicon Photonics packaging platform development and drive innovation for novel photonic integrated circuit technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage challenging product development projects for high-speed electro-optics modules.
  • Ensure the further development of the Silicon Photonics packaging platform and its development kit.
  • Drive innovation for novel photonic integrated circuit technologies.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in silicon photonics packaging and process development.
  • Master's or Ph.D. in physics, electrical engineering, optics, or equivalent practical work experience.
  • Solid written communication and documentation skills.
