Thriveworks, a clinician-founded national private practice group, is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Silver Spring, MD.

We prioritize client accessibility, integrity, and quality care. Our clinicians are empowered to focus on their work, with support from our team for scheduling and client service.

As a Clinical Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a motivated patient population and have opportunities for paid clinical supervisory roles. We offer a W2 employment model with access to a 401k program and CEU reimbursement.

The ideal candidate will be licensed and living in the state where they will be practicing, with a strong character and excellent communication skills. We require a minimum of 25 sessions per week and a commitment to completing notes within 24 hours.

We offer a competitive salary, up to $118,600 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities, along with benefits such as guaranteed pay, paid orientation, PTO, annual pay increases, and additional bonus opportunities.
