We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our team at Spaulding Rehab. As a Patient Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and complete demographic and insurance intake, computerized registration, and scheduling of patients
  • Verify patient insurance coverage and orient patients to the center
  • Support other front office staff and provide administrative duties such as answering phones, confirming appointments, and handling mail
  • Process patient satisfaction questionnaires and maintain accurate records
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the values of innovation, collaboration, accountability, respect, and excellence
Requirements
  • High school graduate required; associate's degree in medical administration preferred
  • Two years of experience in a medical/physicians office setting and/or experience with insurance benefits preferred
  • Computer proficiency required; Microsoft office applications preferred
  • Highly developed communications and interpersonal skills, working with diverse populations
