Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by executing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.
- Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years old for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
- Pass a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Undergo a drug screen, as permitted by law.
- Meet state and/or local licensing requirements, if applicable.
