Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients by executing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.
Requirements:
  • Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years old for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Pass a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Undergo a drug screen, as permitted by law.
  • Meet state and/or local licensing requirements, if applicable.
