The estimated salary for this position is between $42,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

">

We are seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our team at one of our outpatient dialysis centers. As a PCT, you will play a critical role in delivering direct patient care, monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, and educating patients on kidney dialysis-related topics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Direct patient care: Spend the majority of your day in direct one-on-one patient care to provide safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment.">
  • Monitor patients: Measure and record vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.">
  • Technician duties: Perform technician tasks such as mixing acid or bicarb and working with blood and needles.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be comfortable working around blood and needles, and be willing to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed.
