Job Title: Logistics Coordinator, International

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator, International to join our team at Emery Oleochemicals LLC. This role will be responsible for coordinating transportation providers, freight forwarders, and import brokers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely and efficient shipment of goods
  • Review and process shipping documents to ensure accuracy
  • Make special shipping arrangements as necessary
  • Track and resolve shipping errors
  • Review and process invoices
  • Compile and manage quarterly pricing for international shipping lanes
  • Ensure quality of services meets required standards
  • Develop processes to improve supply chain efficiency
  • Analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
  • Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 to 5 years logistics experience (preferably international or in a process chemical environment)
  • Experience with supplier management and service level agreements
  • Strong Excel and analysis skills
  • SAP system experience preferred
