Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Strategic Delivery Solutions, LLC. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate deliveries to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our services
  • Interact with customers and internal operations employees to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Prepare reports for clients and company management to track delivery performance
  • Manage billing and driver settlement via eCourier software
  • Monitor routes and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with operations team to review service levels and implement corrective actions
  • Assist in identifying potential new vendors and covering open shifts as needed
Requirements:
  • Previous management experience (1 year)
  • Experience with transportation management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A combination of industry knowledge and management experience (preferred)
  • A strong and assertive personality for a pharmacy role
  • Previous management and customer service experience (1 year)
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to fulfill tasks from beginning to end and identify where follow-up is required
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to track multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Consistent adherence to corporate and departmental policy and procedure
  • High School diploma or equivalent - This is a must
  • Ability to lift 0-50lbs
  • Ability to work with others as well as independently
  • Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office suite, email, and eCourier (a plus)
