Job Summary: Trillium Staffing is currently seeking an Accounting Software Specialist to join our team. This role involves working with various stakeholders to identify process improvements, document requirements, and analyze data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Gather and document user requirements for system enhancements.
  • Analyze and improve business processes through technology solutions.
  • Participate in software updates and testing.
  • Develop and maintain clear and concise business requirement documents.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in accounting or financial software or a related field. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential, as well as excellent communication skills and experience with JIRA, Confluence. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is also required.

Estimated Salary: $50 per hour
