Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Financial Manager to oversee our client's day-to-day accounting activities, ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, and supervise a small team.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Manage all day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries
  2. Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports
  3. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  4. Supervise and mentor a small team of accounting staff, providing guidance and support
  5. Develop and implement efficient financial processes and procedures
  6. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
  7. Liaise with external auditors and tax professionals as needed
  8. Handle special projects and ad hoc reporting as required

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop; experience with other accounting software is a plus
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
