Maintenance Director

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at Suntex Marina Investors, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning properly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Monitor and control maintenance expenses, ensuring that they are within budget.
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections and repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including logs and reports.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a maintenance manager or in a similar role.
• Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Basic water safety skills.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• General accounting knowledge and basic understanding of financial statements.
