About the Role

As a Guest Environment Expert at Marriott International Inc, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel spaces. This is not just about cleaning rooms and public areas, but about creating a memorable and unique experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of hotel spaces, including rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are available for guest rooms and public areas.
  • Participate in deep cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms and public areas, adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • Collaborate with other hotel teams, including front desk, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as stand, walk, and move about for extended periods.
