About the Role

As a Guest Environment Expert at Marriott International Inc, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of our hotel. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the hotel's public spaces, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and upholding the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel teams to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
