About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Guest Environment Expert to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a Guest Environment Expert, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
  • Participate in deep cleaning and disinfection of high-touch areas and guest rooms
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
