Job Description:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school in Cumberland, RI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in students.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students' needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) to address students' communication goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and support
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, including speech and language therapy sessions
  • Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Rhode Island SLP license
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous school experience is a plus
Schedule:
  • Part-time, exact hours to be determined
