Key Responsibilities- Lead a High-Performing Lending Team: Manage a $25M-$35M+ loan portfolio, primarily composed of agricultural and commercial clients, and drive growth through strategic relationships and financial analysis.
- Develop and Maintain Strong Client Relationships: Foster positive relationships with clients through exceptional customer service, quality financial analysis, and underwriting skills.
- Oversee Loan Operations: Ensure all loan documents are properly prepared, loan files are current and accurate, and relevant information is forwarded to management.
- Provide Strategic Leadership: Offer problem-solving leadership in complex situations, prepare periodic reports for executive management, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory issues.
- Contribute to Bank-Wide Initiatives: Participate in the bank's relationship-focused calling program, measure customer service standards, and reflect a positive image for the bank through professional demeanor and community involvement.
- Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a business-related field, or a minimum of seven to ten years of experience developing and servicing a quality agricultural/commercial loan portfolio.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong financial analysis and underwriting skills, ability to work with Microsoft Office programs, ARTA, and Moody's Analytics, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
