About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Medication Manager to join our team at Elm Crest Senior Living. As a Medication Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by managing their medication needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with medication setup and support
  • Work with a team to provide high-quality customer service
  • Participate in social events and activities to promote a healthy lifestyle
  • Collaborate with residents to create a safe and supportive environment

Requirements:

  • Completion of Iowa Medication Manager certification or ability to obtain within 2 weeks of hire
  • Ability to assist residents with functional, physical, and social impairments
