As a Dental Care Coordinator with Spencer Dental & Braces - a Benevis company, you will provide exceptional customer service to patients and parents at check-in and check-out. You will verify patient insurance eligibility and service limits, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and tidy waiting area and front desk area, and assist with meeting office financial targets by ensuring the hygiene and operative schedules are full. You will also make outbound calls to confirm patients, reschedule patients who do not make their appointment, and call patients who have treatment that needs to be completed.
Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and experience in a dentist's or physician's office is preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is a must.
