Job Title: Patient Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Services Coordinator to join our team at EVERSANA. As a key member of our patient services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient experiences through telephonic service, triaging documentation, and initiating patient setup.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all faxes, including uploading to the patient database and assigning to the correct care team member
  • Place outgoing and receive inbound telephone calls as necessary, and route appropriately; resolve patient issues without further escalation when possible
  • Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of protected health information, adhering to HIPAA security policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of experience
  • Administrative experience, including proficiency in computer-based applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt and successfully handle unexpected situations
  • Ability to obtain registration as a Missouri Pharmacy Technician
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Customer service, phone, and clerical experience
Work Environment:

This is a largely sedentary role, requiring regular standing and/or sitting for long periods (up to 90%). The employee is regularly required to talk or hear, type, and engage in repetitive motion, reach, and grab; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee is intermittently required to stoop or crouch, push or pull, or kneel. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

This role requires mental alertness, with frequent communication, concentration on tasks, and remembering and observing details. The employee must frequently adjust to changes, handle stress and emotions, and think analytically. This job operates in a professional office environment, with moderate noise levels and frequent interruptions.
