Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic HR professional to join our team. As an HR manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition and development strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage human resources programs, including employee benefits, training, and evaluation.
  • Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback to improve our current systems.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal documents, paperwork, reports, and records.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, HR management or related major.
  • 3+ years as an HR manager, senior HR generalist, or in an upper-level HR position.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional certification from the SHRM or similar organization.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Estimated salary: $52,000 - $69,000 per year.
