We are seeking an experienced Instrument Repair Technician to join our team at Guitar Center. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing customer-owned instruments to the highest standards.

Job DescriptionThe Instrument Repair Technician will provide exceptional service to customers by ensuring their instruments are repaired and maintained to the highest standards. This includes:
- Maintaining store owned gear as requested
- Completing warranty repair work
- Interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Providing excellent customer service principles and able to step in to handle customer service issues
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A skilled understanding of repairing guitars
- Fundamental product knowledge on Guitar Center products (desired)
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K matching, mental health support, paid sick/holiday/vacation time, employee discount program, and tuition reimbursement options.
