Dysphagia Management Systems, LLC is revolutionizing on-site dysphagia evaluation and instrumentation to meet the needs of both facilities and patients. As a Dysphagia Therapist in our team, you will have the opportunity to grow exponentially in dysphagia skills performing FEES and speech pathology diagnostics while enjoying a work-life balance.

Role Overview

This part-time to full-time position offers a unique blend of on-site diagnostics and tele-therapy, allowing you to reach patients in various settings, including physician's offices, clinics, and nursing homes. You will be working with a specialized TeleTherapy Portal to provide comprehensive care to those who need it most.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and location. In addition to competitive pay, we offer health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as other benefits for full-time employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform FEES and speech pathology diagnostics in various settings
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for patients
- Utilize the Dysphagia Systems Test (DST) to evaluate patient swallowing systems
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements

- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Completion of Certificate of Clinical Competency
- At least 5 years of experience in long-term care following completion of CFY
