We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our vibrant Larchmont location. This role is essential in supporting the Area Manager and leading the team from both a sales and operational standpoint. The ideal candidate will possess a positive and energetic demeanor, be collaborative, and focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales performance. In the absence of the Area Manager, the Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, staffing, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with the local community to enhance brand visibility and attract traffic.
  • Assist in the recruitment of team members who are passionate about our mission.

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to manage staff schedules in response to business needs.
  • Maintain effective inventory management by adhering to established policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management and team coaching.
  • Desire to contribute to a rapidly growing brand.
  • Strong community connections to promote brand awareness.
  • Natural sales aptitude and a passion for building customer relationships.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills, including retail math and KPI tracking.
  • Proficient in using technology for sales reporting and inventory management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds and engage in various physical activities.
