Job Overview:

As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for mastering the design and operational principles of production machinery and facilities, while enhancing your equipment maintenance expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections and scheduled assessments of production machinery to ensure optimal performance and mitigate potential failures.
  • Maintain accurate daily operation and maintenance logs for the equipment systems.
  • Identify, isolate, and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions in machinery.
  • Assist in the alignment of machines during installation using various tools such as hoists, jacks, and precision measuring instruments.
  • Support the resolution of issues related to new equipment installations.
  • Adhere to work protocols and promptly address reported equipment malfunctions to ensure high maintenance standards.
  • Implement maintenance practices to extend the service life of equipment and enhance its operational efficiency.
  • Comply with safety regulations, maintenance protocols, and installation standards for all equipment.
  • Perform additional tasks and special projects as directed by management.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A technical diploma or higher in electrical or mechanical fields, with experience in solar modules or semiconductors preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting, preferably within the photovoltaic sector.
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities in electrical, mechanical, and automation systems.
  • Proficient knowledge of pneumatic systems.
  • Experience operating shop equipment, hand tools, and testing instruments.
