About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Waitstaff to join our team at Polaris Restaurant in the Bellevue Club Hotel. As a Waitstaff, you will provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests in a private, fine dining setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and friendly food and beverage service to members and guests.
  • Perform all pre-meal side work.
  • Maintain an extensive knowledge of the menu and effectively answer all questions from guests regarding the menu and daily specials.
  • Make and serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Effectively expedite orders from the kitchen to the guests' table.
  • Present meal checks to guests and accurately process guest bills.
  • Perform all closing side duties.
  • May answer questions regarding other areas of the Club.
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older as you will be making and serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Current Washington State Food Handlers Permit and Washington State Liquor and Class 12 Mixologist Permit are required for this position.
  • Experience making simple drinks is a plus, but not a requirement.
