Bellevue Club is hiring experienced an server who can provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests in our private, fine dining restaurant, Polaris Grill. Prior fine dining experience preferred

Hours: Monday-Wednesday & Friday 5:30am - 11:00am

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Provide prompt and friendly food and beverage service to members and guests.
• Perform all pre-meal side work.
• Maintain an extensive knowledge of the menu and effectively answer all questions from guests regarding the menu and daily specials.
• Make and serve alcoholic beverages
• Effectively expedite orders from the kitchen to the guests' table.
• Present meal checks to guests and accurately process guest bills.
• Perform all closing side duties.
• May answer questions regarding other areas of the Club.
• Perform similar, job-related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older as you will be making and serving alcoholic beverages.
• Current Washington State Food Handlers Permit and Washington State Liquor and Class 12 Mixologist Permit are required for this position.
• Experience making simple drinks is a plus, but not a requirement.
