Personal Lines Insurance Service Representative

Location: Remote

A reputable agency is in search of a meticulous individual who possesses a comprehensive understanding of personal lines insurance products.

The successful applicant will be expected to meet the following criteria:

  • Proficient in managing home, auto, and umbrella insurance policies.
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing position, fostering and nurturing client relationships.
  • Capability to manage both new and renewal insurance business.
  • Skill in reviewing insurance documents for precision and correctness.
  • Prepare and finalize certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and reviews with attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate independently or collaboratively to enhance sales and contribute to agency profitability.
  • Employ problem-solving strategies to address various challenges, including cancellations, claims, renewal complications, audits, receivables, and carrier interactions.
  • Background in a brokerage environment is advantageous.
  • Must hold an active Property & Casualty license.
  • Previous experience with Erie Insurance is preferred.
