Accounts Receivable Specialist

Join Sceptre Hospitality Resources LLC as an Accounts Receivable Specialist and play a crucial role in managing the company's financial operations. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, credit memos, and refunds.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full end-to-end AR function, including timely processing of monthly invoices, credit memos, and refunds.
- Generate Direct Debit files for uploading to banking systems and process customer payments through various channels.
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable records, ensuring current aging, correct application of credits and collections, and resolving miscellaneous discrepancies.
- Manage various spreadsheets for various streams of revenue to allow for invoicing at month end.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of revenue streams to both Quickbooks and the Backend system.
- Assist with the integration into the Access Group Finance System and assist with year-end audit.
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role in the industry, preferably in a technology service business.
- Intermediate to Advanced level of Excel skills, with the ability to deal with large amounts of data and generate pivot tables, lookups, sumifs, etc.
- Systems experience, ideally including Quickbooks Online, Banking systems, etc.
