About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled MES Execution Systems Developer to join our team at Hanwha Qcells. As a key member of our Smart Factory Solutions team, you will be responsible for developing and operating Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) solutions in our Solar product manufacturing line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Operate MES Solutions: Design, develop, and operate MES solutions to optimize production processes and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
  • Define MES Features and Specifications: Define and develop MES features and specifications, including back-end and front-end development.
  • Manage Inventory and Materials: Manage the receipt, forwarding, and inventory of materials and subsidiary materials, as well as product and semi-finished products.
  • Design Master Data: Design master data for processes, equipment, quality, and production.
  • Develop Production Logic: Develop logic related to production, including processing and OEE.
  • Real-Time Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze real-time data from production, processes, quality, and equipment to optimize MES solutions.
  • Process Automation: Automate processes through recipe optimization and utilize big data from production, processes, quality, and equipment to analyze defects and transference numbers.
  • Transportation Logic Design: Design and develop transportation logic for logistics automation, including AGV, OHT, and mobile robots.
  • Response and Troubleshooting: Respond to and troubleshoot production, process, and facility issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Experience in MES Development: 3-5+ years of experience in developing and operating MES solutions is required.
  • Experience in High-Tech Industries: Experience in developing and operating automation in high-tech industries, such as solar and semiconductors, is required.
  • Strong Knowledge of MES Solutions: Strong knowledge and experience in developing and operating MES solutions is required.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate or higher skill in TIBCO Rendezvous and Database, as well as high understanding of equipment communication protocol (SEMI standard, OPC, PLC), is required.
  • Manufacturing Process Design: Strong knowledge and experience in designing manufacturing processes and platforms is required.
  • Organization and Attention to Detail: Strong organization aptitude and attention to detail is required.
  • Time Management and Deadlines: Demonstrated reliability with excellent time-management skills and ability to work well under pressure of deadlines is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Smart Factory Solutions: Experience in developing and operating Smart Factory solutions in high-tech industries, such as solar and semiconductors, is preferred.
  • Front-End and Back-End Development: Development experience in front-end and back-end, including JAVA, analysis and tuning of query, and development of procedure, is preferred.
  • Commercialized Library Experience: Experience with commercialized libraries, such as DevExpress/Infragistics/ComponentOne, is preferred.
  • Middleware Experience: Experience using middleware for message communication is preferred.
