Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in an acute inpatient rehabilitation setting. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' functional abilities and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
- Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to infection control protocols and equipment maintenance standards
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the state where services are rendered
- Experience working in an acute inpatient rehabilitation setting, preferably with a focus on occupational therapy
