Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to provide pre and post sales support to customers and sales teams for our automotive business. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Support the front-end team in awarding new projects by providing necessary tools and resources.
- Project Launch and Management: Ensure flawless project launches by managing day-to-day project activities, leading functional teams to accomplish assigned tasks, and maintaining project timelines.
- Cost Optimization: Pursue best costs by optimizing engineering design and vendor selection to maximize project margins.
- Supply Chain Management: Review tooling capacity and supply chain to ensure no capacity issues or supply chain risks for production.
- Change Management: Support change management after Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are implemented.
- Order Fulfillment: Collaborate with production and procurement teams to address urgent order delivery.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related field, such as Automotive Engineering, Mold Design & Manufacture.
- Experience: 3-5 years of project management experience is a must; 4-6 years of manufacturing experience is preferred; 3-5 years of automotive industry experience, preferably in Tier 1 or Tier 2, is preferred.
- Skills: Good command of English, MS Office, and project software proficiency; excellent interpersonal skills and team-player; problem-solving capability.
