Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to provide pre and post sales support to customers and sales teams for our automotive business. The successful candidate will lead automotive project management for assigned accounts, ensuring timely delivery, technical requirements, and milestones are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Support the front-end team in awarding new projects by providing necessary tools and resources.
  • Project Launch and Management: Ensure flawless project launches by managing day-to-day project activities, leading functional teams to accomplish assigned tasks, and maintaining project timelines.
  • Cost Optimization: Pursue best costs by optimizing engineering design and vendor selection to maximize project margins.
  • Supply Chain Management: Review tooling capacity and supply chain to ensure no capacity issues or supply chain risks for production.
  • Change Management: Support change management after Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are implemented.
  • Order Fulfillment: Collaborate with production and procurement teams to address urgent order delivery.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related field, such as Automotive Engineering, Mold Design & Manufacture.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of project management experience is a must; 4-6 years of manufacturing experience is preferred; 3-5 years of automotive industry experience, preferably in Tier 1 or Tier 2, is preferred.
  • Skills: Good command of English, MS Office, and project software proficiency; excellent interpersonal skills and team-player; problem-solving capability.
