Key Responsibilities:
A

DIRECT SERVICE DUTIES:
Provide instruction, oversight, and assistance to residents in the domain of independent living.

Monitor, observe, and document resident behaviors and their progress in alignment with agency standards.

Assist in preparing healthy meals, including food preparation as necessary.

Support the planning and supervision of recreational activities.

Carry out household tasks assigned by the supervisor to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.

Oversee and document resident medications in accordance with agency policies.

Perform any additional tasks essential for the effective and efficient functioning of the community residence.

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:

  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as mandated by the supervisor and collaborate as a member of the residential team for each resident. Provide relevant input during treatment team meetings, staff meetings, utilization reviews, and other gatherings.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations for oneself and others.

Qualifications:

Education:
High School Diploma

Experience:
Preferred experience in human services

Other Requirements:
A driving record that complies with the agency's Clean Driving Record Policy.

Work Environment:
All per diem roles necessitate a minimum of 4 shifts per month.
