Manufacturing Process Developer

Join ELLWOOD National Forge as a Manufacturing Engineer I and contribute to the development of innovative manufacturing processes. Your expertise will be essential in standardizing work instructions and control plans for semi-finished and finished parts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing manufacturing process improvements
- Standardizing work instructions and control plans
- Coordinating with tooling and programming teams
- Leading LEAN initiatives to reduce setup time and improve efficiency
As a Manufacturing Engineer I, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive manufacturing excellence. If you have a strong background in mechanical or industrial engineering and a passion for process improvement, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements:
- Four-year BS degree in a related engineering discipline
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Solid Works or NX
Preferred qualifications:
- Machining or machine tools experience
- Manufacturing planning and metallurgy knowledge
