Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care that addresses their physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and unit activities.
- Ensure that all nursing staff are properly trained and equipped to provide high-quality care.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- 3-5 years of experience in a behavioral health setting.
- Current RN license in the state of Texas.
- BLS Certification, SAMA certification, Abuse and Neglect, and unit-specific competencies.
