Role Responsibilities:
As the Restoration Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of designated restoration projects, ensuring that your team achieves operational excellence.


Key Duties:
  • Develop precise project scopes and prepare estimates using advanced software tools.
  • Facilitate client approval for project plans and budgets.
  • Schedule and manage crews and resources to ensure timely project execution.
  • Review documentation to verify service delivery and compliance with client requirements.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, team members, vendors, and insurance representatives.
  • Oversee production costs, including equipment and material management.

Additional Duties:
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through effective management of client experiences.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from potential clients.
  • Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of restoration team members.

Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma/GED; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year in a management or supervisory role.
  • At least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
  • IICRC certification is preferred.

Skills and Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly, with occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Capability to climb ladders and work in elevated spaces.
  • Comfortable working in confined areas such as attics and crawl spaces.
  • Ability to handle cleaning agents safely.
  • Successful completion of a background check as required by law.
