Job Description
The HR Manager and Lead HR Business Partner for the Florence VM location will be responsible for developing, owning, and advancing the VM Florence people strategy, as well as driving all HR processes and providing diagnostic analysis of organizational strengths and weaknesses. Key responsibilities include partnering directly with leaders, driving all HR processes, and leveraging internal and external subject matter experts to enhance analysis and solutions.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- 8+ years of HR business partner experience supporting an executive leadership team.
