We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to partner with our leadership team and drive the development of our People Strategy. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving all HR processes, including talent development, compensation, performance management, workforce planning, talent acquisition, change management, and succession planning.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and advancing our people strategy to align with regional and global business objectives;
- Driving all HR processes, including talent development, compensation, performance management, workforce planning, talent acquisition, change management, and succession planning;
- Providing diagnostic analysis of organizational strengths and weaknesses as it relates to people processes;
- Leveraging internal and external subject matter experts to enhance analysis and solutions;
- Providing ongoing recommendations to utilize resources and tools to drive towards business goals;
- Providing leadership consultation and coaching and driving leadership development initiatives;
- Soliciting input and coordinating in shared services/matrixed organization environment in solving/administering HR specific initiatives;
- When necessary, conducting hands-on investigations related to specific issues such as ethics and legal compliance;
- Developing strategies with actionable plans for leadership and associate development;
- Working with functional managers to assess required employee competencies;
- Developing and ensuring the training initiatives and Key Performance Indicators are managed to increase or advance those competencies;
- Applying appropriate metrics to measure successful achievement of goals and workforce targets;
- Leveraging external benchmark data as comparison for world-class performance;
- Providing management with appropriate reports.
Requirements
To perform this job successfully, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 8+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment;
- 8+ years of HR business partner experience supporting an executive leadership team;
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, labor relations, and diversity strategy development;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills;
- Proficiency to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives across multiple locations.
